Works include major earthworks cut and fill grading, Soil stabilisation of 20 hectares, CFA piling, contiguous piled retaining wall, Gabion retaining wall, reinforced earth retaining wall, structural steel frame, roof and wall cladding, drainage works, underground services, fibre reinforced internal concrete slabs, air entrained external concrete slabs and pre-cast concrete dock levellers.
